• Tufts Health Plan

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (other states not accepted)

 

However, please note that insurance companies vary widely in their coverage for neuropsychological and psychological evaluations. We advise all of our clients to check extensively with their insurance company about benefits before the evaluation to avoid unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.

 

Please note that your health insurance cannot be utilized for legal evaluations or testing solely for academic purposes (e.g., academic accommodations, independent school admissions, etc.).

 

We require a referral from a provider (such as a therapist, primary care physician, or neurologist) as this can facilitate the referral process, including authorization for health care insurance coverage.
